　　 公司在不断更新焊接专业技术，保持行业领先优势，强化自主知识产权，扩大经营服务范围的同时，亦在进一步探索、完善对客户服务的新方式。经多年的业界积累，现已能够从事对立式中速磨,及主要部件的在线检修、离线检修、停机维修等工作，可承接MPS、ZGM、HP、RP、莱歇、宇部、伯力球思等国内多种类型、型号磨机磨辊成套装置的检修，对耐磨损耗件的在线、离线焊接修复，磨机在运行中的故障诊断与消除工作，并可对磨机的时时运行进行综合评价，协助用户解决设备在使用过程中发生的问题，减少磨机的检修停时，延长磨机的有效工作时间，节约生产成本；提高产品竞争力。同时，公司可根据客户的实际使用状态，结合系统设计要求，对磨机进行有效的改进，达到延长部件的使用寿命，降低单班能耗，提高出力，便于维护的目的。

　　 公司所进行的检修内容以及检修标准均秉承原厂或系统设计原则并结合客户端的实际使用情况，根据原料、煤质变化确定符合客户特点的检修进程和具体技术要求，其主要检修工作内容如下：
　　 1、磨机大修：含各主要工作部件、磨损件的更换、调试，磨机解体等。
（加载装置、衬板、辊套、动环喷嘴等运动部件的检修、更换、维护工作；磨辊成套装置的系统检修、调试工作）。
　　 2、磨机辅助保护设备的维修保养。
（稀油站的保养维修，高压油站的保养维修）。
　　 3、磨机主减速机的保养及更换。
　　 4、解决磨机在运行过程中因设计缺陷、使用不当造成的故障、隐患，提高设备使用效率。
　　 5、提供专业的检修队伍进行长年的磨机设备的维护和检修工作。
　　 6、对磨机易损件、常用件的加装改造，使其更加便于使用人员了解设备运用情况，方便检修工作进行。
